Border Line Between Left Navigation & Main Container
In the default Digication portfolio, there is no distinction between the left navigation module and the portfolio's main container. With some portfolio designs, you may find that adding a border line provides distinction between these two containers while working with your design.
How to Add a Border Line Between the Left Navigation Module and the Main Container
Within your CSS code, add the following method:
#portfolioright {
padding:2.5px;
border-left: 1px solid #222222;
margin: 20px 0px 0px 0px;
width: 550px;
}
Note that the padding value cannot be more than 2.5px in this method. However, if you have adjusted the size of your portfolio or the left navigation module, you may have to adjust other values in the method.
Once you add this code, your portfolio's edit mode will look a little off. To see the how the border line will look to your audience, use the "Published" tab. Remember that the border line will only be as long as your main navigation container, so if you want to make the line longer, you'll have to add a module to your page.
