Removing the Left Navigation
For some portfolios, it may be best to remove the left navigation module and arrange your portfolio around only the top navigation module. Without the left navigation module, the body will expand across the page, allowing for more space for text and a shorter scroll bar. While this may not be best for PWR Senior portfolios that contain many pages, some Internship and Job portfolios may benefit from this arrangement.
How to Remove the Left Navigation
Find the section of code that looks like this: .navigation_topnav a{ color:#222222; font-family: Verdana,Helvetiva,Arial,sans-serif; } Under that method, add the following code: .navigation_leftnav{ width:0px; height:0px; display:none; } #portfolioright{ width:780px; position:center; } |
